For over 30 years Just Track has been involved in all facets of rail and civil construction.
Just Track were one of the first in Australia, and the first in Victoria to put specialised front-end loaders into use on track and have maintained a consistent level of excellence in both the machines and operators we offer.
Our equipment is always prepared for the jobs we undertake, and customised to ensure we can operate at peak efficiency.

This focus has allowed us to steadily expand our specialised front end loader construction equipment business and enable Just Track to continually work with many major Australian companies and government agencies throughout the country.
Wayne Eames
In 30+ years there’s not much that Wayne Eames hasn’t seen or dealt with in rail.
He has been in and around the industry in various capacities, from mechanical fitter through to project manager – both in Australia and internationally.
Wayne has experience in just about all facets of the railway industry, including track laying, turnout and crossover construction and installation, welding, surfacing, overhead wiring and signalling.
He saw the possibilities of using equipment to speed up rail construction and maintenance, and was the first in Victoria to use loaders on the rail.
Wayne has great local knowledge of the industry and the people involved, and is accustomed to being part of bringing projects to completion on time and within budget safely.
Ashley Cooper
Ashley is Just Track’s Plant Manager, with 20+ years in rail and construction on various projects all over Australia.
Ashley got his start as a welder’s offsider / labourer before becoming a welder himself, taking passion and pride in his work.
Ashley moved into operating heavy machinery and equipment – loaders, excavators, tamper regulators, and trucks. While operating these machines he learned a great deal about maintenance and how to repair the machinery both on-site and in the workshop.
Ashley became supervisor to general track construction and completed various courses to improve his knowledge. As Plant Manager Ashley oversees the plant and equipment, ensuring they are safe and well maintained.
